Grants available for Wiltshire Marque members
Wiltshire Council has a variety of grants available for food producers, drink makers and hospitality businesses, but hurry – the deadline is fast approaching.
Many grants are closing applications by the end of January – so get your initial application in now! Other support is available until the end of March. For more information about the programmes below, visit their website.
Fit for Growth
The Fit for Growth programme empowers businesses in Wiltshire to grow and achieve ambitious goals, transforming their journey towards scalable success.
Match-funded grants from £10,000 to £50,000 are available to support innovative, production-based SMEs in adopting cutting-edge digital technologies.
The deadline for grant applications is 31 January 2025.
Rural Hubs
If you’re running a local shop, community pub or farm shop, the Rural Hubs programme offers resources, guidance and support to help you make a positive difference in the community.
Grants of up to £25,000 are available for capital projects.
The deadline for initial grant applications is 24 January 2025. Other support is available until the end of March 2025.

Start Up
Whether you’ve just started out or are taking your food business startup to the next level, expert guidance is available to help you on your business journey.
Grants from £1,500 to £20,000 are available for capital projects and equipment purchase.
The deadline for initial grant applications is 24 January 2025. Other support is available until the end of March 2025.
Wiltshire Towns Energy Efficiency Surveys
These Energy Efficiency surveys for Retail, Hospitality & Leisure businesses in Wiltshire’s 18 Market Towns will help to decarbonise your business and save money on your energy bills. Each report recommends no and low-cost actions you can take, with up to £6,000 grant funding to implement measures.
Surveys are available until October 2025 but may close earlier depending on the number of applications received. The surveys are delivered by Severn Wye.
