Next you'll learn how to taste chocolate properly, starting with a raw cocoa bean before moving on to Hollychocs' signature chocolate blends. You'll learn where chocolate comes from, how it's made and all about the small cocoa farms they support and source their chocolate from. 

Then you'll roll up your sleeves to make and decorate your own chocolate treats to take home (if they last that long!)
