Next you'll learn how to taste chocolate properly, starting with a raw cocoa bean before moving on to Hollychocs' signature chocolate blends. You'll learn where chocolate comes from, how it's made and all about the small cocoa farms they support and source their chocolate from. 

Then you'll taste our a selection from the award-winning Chocolatier Collection. Holly and her team will share the inspiration and explain the flavour profile behind each one, and how it's engineered to perfection in their Wiltshire chocolate studio.
