Learn how to make the perfect caramel with the Queen of Caramel herself!
Your experience starts with one of the amazing 'ultimate' hot chocolates from the Hollychocs hot chocolate menu, with 12 to choose from.
Next you'll learn how to taste chocolate properly, starting with a raw cocoa bean before moving on to Hollychocs' signature chocolate blends. You'll learn where chocolate comes from, how it's made and all about the small cocoa farms they support and source their chocolate from.
Then you'll roll up your sleeves and learn how to create and decorate two different flavours of caramels. You will leave with a box of 24 scrummy caramels, recipes and the skills to carry on your caramel journey at home.
